At this time, not all forums have been changed to use the new system but the rest will be moved to different databases over the next couple of days. I doubt you'll be able to notice the loading time differences since the system was pretty fast to start with; but it should prevent any future problems from occuring. I'm 99% confident that all functionality will be retained with this upgrade but there's a small possibility that some features may need tweaking to fit the new system.
