Which means that posts you make in those boards wont actually count. EG: Japanese101 has it disabled. Just go and set it to 'no', and it will then restart to count your new posts. Can you double check that they have post counts enabled and maybe try running the "Fix-a-Board" feature on them? You can modify your post count via your profile if you wish, and you can use the "User Recent Posts" feature to check how many posts you have made.
