New posts since last visit (16th Dec 10 at 4:46pm UTC)
1st question so please be gentle.

Some of the guys on the forum has requested a button for new posts since they were last logged in. I know the recent posts are there but that shows you posts even if you have already read them.

And/Or if I could change the recent posts to rather than so the whole post it just shows the threads/subjects with updated.

Thanks for any pointers to maybe the same question asked before or a answer on this one.

This probably wouldn't be all that possible through a code, however, it would be best as a full feature. So I've moved it to the suggestions! {Smile}

Yeah I don't see this being done via a code, because it needs to be tied into the cookie used for the account in order to run the check. I like the idea though. Its something a lot of forums are doing these days and its something that a lot of people, including myself, like to use. I hate having to search a forum to see what had been posted since I was last one since I can take awhile in some places, where its nice to just be able to see them all in one page.

Suggestion: If this is added in, add it in with a setup similar to the search feature. That way they can select to show recent threads covering ONLY the select boards that they would like to see.
