The staff have been discussing this, there's no plans at the moment for an iPhone app, however, I'm not going to rule it out completely. I'm sure to decide if something like this is worth it, Ross will have to see whether there's much iPhone traffic.

I'd wait for his thoughts if I were you! {Smile}

Alright. I'd love to see an app. {Smile} I have several forums on here that load up slow through my iPod.

I would say that an official App (for either iPhone or Android) is unlikely in the short term. Who can say what will happen in the future though. Main reason for this being that as soon as we made an App for one platform, users of the other would feel left out.

I do browse this forum very often via my Android phone (which loads pretty fast over wi-fi) but do have some ideas on how to improve it.

Ahh ok. Well, looking forward to the future.

With the loss of my computer, I'm on my iPod day and night.

Which forum is it that is taking a while to load on your iPod? There might be a few settings that could be changed to improve it.

All of them actually, only when there are high quality images, such as backgrounds and banners.

Why not change your skin in your profile to something with less images - here on vFS we have a skin with hardly any images. {Smile}

Here at vFS is fine, I did not get around to doing that with all forums. {Tongue Out}
