The info center shows this:

and my current time at this moment is: 11:07PM CST

Now wouldn't the posted topic time be my time since I have it set up for my Time Zone?

Or would this be part of your "Time Update"?

The functions.js file seems to be caching a little too well. I've added the new JavaScript function which the dates use inline for now to allow for those who have the old functions.js file cached.
