well me and my friend has set up a forum for parents wiv mixed race children .. and we need a skin .. and as we are no good at doing this sort of thing we have discussed about paying a lil bit for some one to make us a skin (As long as it good  ) we was wondering how much you would charge .. please remember we are 2 young women wiv lil babies so cant afford too much 
once we have found out more about how much people will charge we will tell you what kinda theme we would like ..
