Dead Zone (5th Mar 08 at 2:32am UTC)
All forums seem to have a "Dead Zone"; a time period when there just seems to be nobody posting.

On VFS, I've noticed it's usually 9pm - 5am Eastern Time. Most likely because this is when most people in the UK sleep. {Tongue Out}

What's the "Dead Zone" on your forum?

Damn, we need more members that are on 24-7 like me {Tongue Out}

right now my sites pretty good, most of the "dead zones" occur when i'm not around during the morning.

The forums I tend to visit usually die at 12 AM mainly because thats when most people sleep. Except for people that are pacific time. I'd love it if more people were on at 12 AM but it always ends up I get stuck on a forum and I've already replied to all the topics {Tongue Out}

That's what it feels like for me, too.

I have insomnia, so I hardly get sleep, so some nights I'll be up at 1am, just staring at the Info Center, as if waiting for a new post to magically appear. {Tongue Out}

Of course, I just end up playing Counter-Strike until I have to get ready for school. xD

For me, the "dead time" is usually around 10-100am GMT - most people are either asleep (US) or at school/college/work (UK). Normally it's only me and Ross that shuffle about around this time.

Yeah. I find it tends to start to get a little busier early evening but in the morning it's very quiet. I normally get up, reply to everything that I need to and then spend the rest of the day waiting for some new posts {Tongue Out}

I think vSupport is relatively strong in the whole "alive-ness" considering we have people form many different time-zones, so its far more varied. But, I'd have to agree with marc, Night time here in the EST is definitely not a peak time on vfs.

We need some Australians on here to fix that {Tongue Out} Seems to be the only spot not really covered. I don't have sleeping problems it's just I've made my body go on such a schedule that it only needs about 6-7 hours a sleep on weekdays.
