I made a new forum

and want to add this to the banner section:

But it comes us with a blank top.

Same here but, the two images are different though just about the same size and color. {Confused}

Well The one posted above is Animation I just took the last of the Frame, and put it up until things can get figured out, I had one of my friends, reduce the MB on it, so I can Upload it to Photobucket, and so that it will show.

EDIT: Did not work {Sad} this is what it comes up with:
