On the "General Settings" page, under "Board Customization Features" the first option will be the "Default Skin". It'll only appear if you have multiple skins though

I have made a new skin, separate from the default skin - however this is what I see in the board customization features settings: click

Are you sure you have 2 skins?
Not just the default... renamed to something else.
Also... when you go as a guest to the forum, no selection box appears at the bottom for the guest to choose another skin.

when you modify colours etc.. does it give you a choice for the skin?

What's the forum URL? (You can PM if you don't want to post publicly). My best guess at the moment is that the skins hasn't been created properly

PMed you.

You can only set a skin which is accessible to guests as the default skin (as it's what they should see when they first visit). The 2nd skin is showing as only being accessible by staff members. If you change that in the modify colors page then the drop down in general settings will appear.
