Problem: A new member is unable to receive a validation key after being accepted to the forum. I have asked that they check their spam folder and we have re-sent the validation key.
Is there a way for me to generate a validation key as forum administrator to solve this problem?

I too am a new member and have not received my validation key

Hi,

Can you let me know the usernames (and forum URL) of any members not receiving the validation keys.

Will need these to try and trace why they may not be being received.

Also, be sure to check if they have been sent to the Spam / Junk folder.

Hi,

Just to keep you updated, we've filed a report with Microsoft since they are rejecting our e-mails.

If anyone wants to give me:
> URL of the Forum they have registered On
> Plus Username they Registered on there with

We can manually validate some of these accounts while waiting on Microsoft to come back with some resolution.
