Blank Text in Registration form - Posted By NeutrinOps (neutrinops) on 14th Jul 11 at 4:24pm
Forum URL: http://evilsmurfs.vforums.co.uk/
Experienced By: Forum administrator
Browser: Firefox 5.0
Operating System: Windows XP SP3

Problem:
The process for registration on this forum is a bit modified from standard, and I need to explain that in the "Introduction" of the registration form. So I try to set my text inside the admin menu/Customize Registration Form/Introduction. Of course I did not forget to click on "Save Changes" button, but nevertheless, when I try to register a new member, I never see this text. The new member only can see "Input fields".

Thank you for helping me to sort out this strange behaviour.

Regards.

I forget this important point:
Not only the registrating member can not see this text, but the text has also disappeared when I come back to the menu Customise Registration Form.
Of course I did save {Wink}

I see, it doesn't appear to save any changes made on that page in the admin panel. Will investigate further and let you know.

Sorry Ross, any news about it? I have to postpone the public opening of my forum.
