Problem:
When Posting a new thread or creating a topic, I get an error message once the thread/post has been made:

An unknown error has occurred. Please contact our support forum (Log ID: 1288369150)

However, the thread/post does get created although it is a concern that appears 100% of the time.

Hi Vanquish,

A fix is currently being run across all forums to check for a couple of database structure discrepancies and fix any it finds. It looks like your forum is missing a column for the database which is causing the error.
A bit worrying as to how that could have happened which is why I want to double check no other forums are experiencing the same issue.

Just to note, all forums have had their databases checked and any issues found have been fixed.
On further investigation, it looks like it was forums created after the latest set of updates which were having this error when posting - there was a bug in the creation of the forum which has now been fixed.
