Problem: Hiya.
Can I have different group colors for different skins? It's difficult trying to find colors that match two skins.
And si two different star colors possible as well?

Star colours are a little more difficult to switch on a skin-by skin basis. I'll have a think on the best way to go about it.
However, name colours can be done with some simple CSS. I'd recommend entering this into the field in "Admin -> Modify Skin Colours / Settings -> Additional CSS"
.group9, .group9:hover {
color: #ff6600!important;
}
Where the red is the group ID and the orange is the colour to use (you can get the group ID by going to "Admin" -> "Reorder Member Groups")
