Would vForums have any problem with if I upload my forum's graphics and copy the URLs to direct link them via the image system from the UBBC?

You are free to use the uploaded images wherever you desire. However, with the current system, the image uploads are unmetered in terms of the total folder size or bandwidth. I cannot guarantee that that will always be the case.
