Problem: vForums has been loading really slowly for me all day today and yesterday. It is usually a lot faster. I am experiencing no speed drops on any other regular webpages outside of vForums. =/.

Hello Ashley,
If you read your traceroutes on attempting to find the route your ISP would take to access vforums, you'll note that neither of those actually left your local network and exited out into your ISP's domain.
I would therefore suggest that something bad was cached by your local router and maybe an overnight switch off or your ISP delivering it some fresh dns information woke it up to smell the roses.
I conclude from your evidence that this is not a vForums issue.
