So they never get on the website

Unfortunately that's nothing to do with us. They must be clicking on a broken link - by looks of things one which has been censored by whichever website you have posted it on. My best recommendation here would be to use a short URL service rather than the URL to your forum - one which will give you a URL which then redirects them directly to your forums correct URL. For example, a service like http://okno.co.uk Hopefully that makes some kind of sense, if not then let me know
