Cannot ship to American address. =/.

Hi,

That seems to only affect orders with a handling fee (ones for lower amounts). When that fee isn't there it seems to remove that error.

As a work around I've changed the way the handling fee is added to the cart (it's done as a separate product rather than as a shipping type)

Yay it worked! Since I didn't have more then 5 USD for ads I decided to get ad free credits. xD. Uses the last of my Visa card and goes to a good service.

Edit: Eh nevermind. Apparently Google hates debit cards. >_>. And for some reason the bank will NOT reverse the '-1.00' transaction to 'test' it. Apparently Wal-Mart debit cards automatically decline google. :[. And they won't reply to my emails. >_>. Phone call goes, "We do not know." Wow useless company.
