Ok so, does every member have to be approved, if people log on and I have the boards public, why can't they just start posting? Can this be done?

Go to your admin panel and it's under general settings, I think that's what you're looking for.

The option which controls this is in the "Forum Settings" page of the admin panel and is called "Approve New Members". It's normally disabled by default but I have gone ahead and disabled it on your forum for you
