Problem: Hi all, I did a search about this beforehand but nothing came up so here it goes.

Basically, when your logged in the banner is visible but, when your logged out, its not.

I'm not very experience with this sort of stuff so any help is appreciated!

Hi,

For some reason the premade skin on the board was only affecting guests and not members. It was this premade skin which was replacing/removing your custom banner. I've removed the coding for that skin and the banner seems to be showing up for everyone now
