Problem:how to change reputation on my forum?

How do you want to change it? Do you want to change the 'name' of it, or the values?

I didn't really answer your first question Which way did you want to change the reputation?

As for the skin - if you want to add a new skin from the available 'default' skins, then head to the premade skins board, then choose a skin and follow the instructions in this thread.
Alternately, if you want to create a skin of your own then head to your admin panel and click on "Create Skin" and fill in the values you want

I think in this case it would have been less confusing if you did not create this thread, because we didn't know what XML file you were talking about, meaning you had to explain it again. But this thread, because of the thread context, we do know. If there were no responses you could have simply bumped this thread. However, since Graham already replied to that one, I will lock this.
