Problem:Some of our prospective members are having problems with joining up, is it possible to add new members as an administrator if we have their email address?

What problems are they experiencing?

There isn't an admin tool that allows you to, but there is nothing stopping ye from registering them through the normal method and contacting them with the details {Smile}

It does seem peculiar, as it's not a problem i've heard about yet - if it does turn out to be a bug let us know ASAP so we can rectify it {Smile}
