Problem: I have it set where members should be able to view the forum, but only staff can post. The "New Thread" botton thingy doesn't show up.

You hadn't ticked the box for ALL of the staff groups. I added Administrators & Global Mods & Mods to it! {Smile}

Certain staff members have certain global powers that help them give support to members. {Wink}
