Based on what you told me on MSN, this seems to be an issue with the skin you're attempting to use.

We'll leave this for Ross to look at in the morning. {Wink}

Restored again.

What was the last thing you did before the skin became corrupted?

What exactly did you do?

I think this then leads to a suggestion, that you shouldn't be able to delete the default skin! {Smile}

Really it should lead to a bug report as the default skin is supposed to be un-deletable.

I thought you could delete the default skin as long as you had another skin?

Re: Again? - Posted By Ross (admin) on 31st May 08 at 7:18pm
I've been through all of the skin files and can't find anything wrong.

Darkmage, you are completly right. The system is designed to choose a new default skin when the current default is deleted, and that system is working fine, I had just forgotten it existed {Lips Sealed}

The issue seems to occur at some stage during creating the skin where a record for the skin images is not created. But it's not until this new skin becomes the default that the forums starts throwing back an error about it.

Anyway, as I've been unable to find either why these records aren't being created or why they're being deleted I've writted in a patch which will attempt to automatically repair the skin in the event that it's missing this record.
