Where are you putting these gradient codes?

Well I had them in the template code in global headers but they just disalign in their so I put them in modify skin and modify images

I suggest you go to and create a new skin. Then use that skin. Modifying the skin that you had as default isn't advised, because most of the 'design' is coded in!
