Problem: When i try to view the guests ips nothing happens.

Probably becuase they are google bots.

You can still view them even though they are Google Bots.

Proxies still use IP addresses.

Any computer connecting to the internet has an IP address; regardless of whether it's being run by a bot, human, proxy, or program.

The error Ajay is having is regarding the popup not appearing when clicking the link.

EDIT: I just realized, this will have to be looked at by Ross in the morning, as I cannot see the "guests" link on your forum.

Yea but even thought it has an ip, it could block it from u seeing it

Not possible to "hide an IP"; all it can do is give a fake IP different from its own. The problem [as I said] is simply with the Javascript not executing properly when clicking the link.

As Ross is the only one who can solve the issue, let's please just leave this for him to look at.

The info center template was just missing the required IDs which tell the pop-up where to appear. I've added them back and it seems to work OK now
