we have upgraded the new pm system
no 1 our second line of smilies has vanished
no 2 i have attempted to back my pms up, i got pm saying ready to download, when i clicked this i get page not found, i have attempted to click this several times...........do we have to set anything on forum to enable this feature?

yes only one line showing........we have extra smilies on our forum so they go into two lines
im using Internet Explorer dont know if those on firefox are havin same probs as well
also for those who have the pop up box enabled to tell them new pm is here you are gettin this showin up

An improvement, I feel.
Check the extra smilies code, see if it says anything about the smilies appearing in the PM area. Because it might only appear in threads and stuff.

goldigga, I've fixed the pop-up notification and I've requested my PMs to be backed up again so I can test out why you can't download them

The issue with the backup is the URL to download is broken (it's missing the .co.uk). So the link to download your PMs should be:
http://benalmadena.vforums.co.uk/action/pm_backup/download/
(You can only download the backup when logged in as you)
still got problems with the pm pop up
it works when it feels like it lol
when i get a pm and pop up appears the board is fine
but if i get a pm and the pop up does not appear the board looks like this till i refresh page
as you can see the board as sort of wandered of to the right

This forum is now running exactly the same software as standard forums. For that to happen it must be leaving some UBBC tags unclosed. However I've not managd to find which ones. Any chance you can let me know what formatting is on the ones which this happens to? eg. are there quote, code or table tags near the start of the message?
