Problem:Ok he says he's not getting an email to validate his account he has check his email and his spam mail and he said their is nothing . He told that its been a week he been waiting befor he got a hold of me.

His sign-up username : rakesh198
and he is useing yahoo mail.

From what other members have said, yahoo seems to have issues with our emails. Get him to try adding us to his allowed list and then requesting a new validation key:

I believe it's the communication@ address which is used for validation emails.

If that doesn't help, then he will probably need to have the email sent to an alternative address such as gmail or hotmail {Smile}

Actually Yahoo has been having problems lately and this issue might be a result of it... ill find a link to where they explain the issues and post.

When you click on it, it says we are currently updating, and this may cause members to experience issues.

You may want to check the dates in this thread, this problem was occurring three weeks ago. {Wink} Do you know if Yahoo was in the process of updating then as well?

Umm i beleive it was, because about 3 weeks ago, i saw the same support ques on proboards and this was the answer given.

I've made a few tweaks to the mail server setup. Hopefully these will help resolve the issues for yahoo users.

Ok after reviewing, well one, theres a spelling mistake in the email notice you get, "important" is spelled wrong, and as for the email, everything is fine. Also the skin bluestream at the bottom its not lined up.

What browser are you viewing this in? As I have bluestream on one of my test boards which displays it fine.
