Ok I have NO IDEA how to make it .. im not too keen on the premade ones for my type of forum and i was wonderin is there anywhere or anyone who will make me one? sorted everything out all i need is the skin to be sorted i tried to do it my self but im no good what so ever and dont know any one who can do it for me ...
any one?

Unfortunately at the moment there aren't any forums that have any vF premade skins.

I know of a design forum that is on its way out soon, it's ran by Slip. If I were you, I'd hold on for a while.
