Problem:

I seem to not find the choose skin drop down under forum, I go into admin>Forums Setting. And to enable it or disable is gone.

I looked all over the admin panel, couldn't find it, but did see 3 eggs.

It'll only show up when you've got 2 or more guest viewable skins.
