or is VFS and VF going hella slow?

It's taking me forever on here and on my site to load the page.

Nothing's loading slow for me; must be an ISP issue. {Unsure}

Now the pages won't even open, and if they do it takes 5 minutes.

Give this a try:

Win XP - Start -> Run -> cmd
Vista - Start -> cmd.exe

Enter ipconfig /flushdns

Next, enter ipconfig /release (this will temporarily disconnect you.)

Then enter ipconfig /renew

Finally, try accessing VF again. {Smile}
