Were is the moving post button at? I can't seem to find it.

No not that, Moving the post from one board to another.

EDIT: There isn't even a Move thread button in the customizing images, area.

Move topic then? The button for that is the middle one of the moderation abilities found at the bottom of all threads. Between "Sticky" and "Remove Topic"

hmm for some reason its there now. after some one posted, then I posted it all of a sudden just showed up. {Tongue Out}

It only shows up inside of threads. You cannot see it on the board view as at this time you cannot mass move threads.
