How come if guests can't post in a board they can't actually view whats inside the board either?

The two should be completely independent of one another. Take this forum for example, guests cannot post everywhere but can view most places. Can you link me to the board in question?

Guests should be able to view boards. But when i log out it says on some boards 0topics - 0posts :S
