I guess you might want to consider this for the advance users?

Allow access to the style sheet like when clicking on "Customize Skin Colours & Settings" and then after "Choose which skin you would like to modify the colors for." Should be like "Click here for style Sheet (Advanced users)" I think it would be a bit better and more in depth for coders, and would possibly open up new opportunities for vForums to expand more for the advanced users.

Possibly do the same for the headers/footers?

It‘s a wonderful idea to allow users to customise the skin colour. I like to use customized pages according to my taste.
