wI as thinking about this. It can be called something different alternative of anchor be called "toc" for table of contents. And it can auto generate a table of contents.

[toc]2. Stuff[/toc]
[toc]3. More[/toc]
[toc]a. apples[/toc]
[toc]i. cookies[/toc]
[toc]ii. pie[/toc]
[toc]b. finished[/toc]
[toc]4. end[/toc]

I think with TOC it'll be easier to understand and set up, due to what ever is in the [toc] tags will be the jump point. AT the top of the list automatically put a table of contents in or require a tag like:

[toclist]
