Members List Template - Posted By dog199200 (dog199200) on 19th Jan 10 at 12:16am
I don't see a major use for this, but i can use some uses for it, but I think maybe a template for the members list would be nice {Smile} so that people can build their own members list formats, as well as decide what profile data is displayed in the members list. The template could be done like the Topic Listing Template with the head column area so they can label each area and stuff like that. This would also work great with my suggestion about an option to set who can view the members list (members | staff | disabled) because then if its just set to staff it make it easier for staff to find a profile be select profile information that they chose is best to look for.

I meant for my own personal use {Tongue Out} i've talked about it with several other members and they like the idea and could use it, i just don't find much use for it myself at the current time, but if added and i see how its setup, i'm sure i can find some use for it lol

I think Ross' plans are to get most of the forum into a templating system. {Smile}

well i wont complain, it makes things so much more flexible for the users, also most people that run a forum know HTML so it really take a load off of the code requests {Tongue Out}
