When setting templates per skin have the selections be check boxes under each skin like:

Template Type	All Skins	Skin A	Skin B	Disabled
Template A	Radio Button	Check Box	Check Box	Radio Button
Template B	Radio Button	Check Box	Check Box	Radio Button

If a Radio Button is selected have all Check Boxes in that row unchecked

Hmmmm, I see the idea. Not sure how feasible it would be to implement though, could require a rewrite of a large chunk of the template system (the part which determines which template to use). I'll have to have a think on it.
