Would it be possible to add in something so that when a user reads/has not read a PM it will say it has been read or not read?

Because currently When a user makes a PM to someone, it shows that it's open, but unsure if that person read or not.

If it's a one on one convo. Why would it be a privacy issue? I only talk to people one on one any ways unless it's a staff meeting type thing.
