Well, after messing with a few things on my little test board I've noticed something that confused me.

Under Site Design theres one thing that says 'Modify Colors." It should say Modify Skin or something more relative to that since it has stuff like the banner, skin name, gradients, skin width, etc.

I've renamed a few parts to make them clearer and have split some of the larger sections up so we now have both "Site Design" as well as "Forum Templates". There's also "Manage Members" and "Moderate Members"
