My suggestion is for [user] tags. These tags will search for the username within the tags, then show the display name of said user. If the user is not found, it simply returns what's contained in the tags. {Wink}

EDIT: Just make sure they don't work in display names; that'd cause an infinite loop. {Tongue Out}
