I unlocked this to tell you that you didn't implement what I thought you were going to implement.

What I was getting at was a bar that divides the Announcements from the stickies.

You added the option to have it between the stickies/announcements and the normal threads, which isn't what I suggested! {Tongue Out}

I (personnaly) don't like the ones between announcements and stickies. So will take a bit more persuading than that {Tongue Out}
