Can you give it a delay?

I don't want to scroll down the page really and have hundreds of them popping up. If I want it, I'll hover! {Tongue Out}

That would be really cool actually. A dynamic fade in and fade out. I like that.

Not necsarily fade in, but at least a delay on the time before it shows.
