I have created a new member group, set all the boxes to yes including the (Can members of this member group delete other members posts?) in the Moderation Powers section, but the members of the group are unable to delete other members posts, only their own.

Have you restricted the powers, if so then the members must be moderators of a board and they will only be able to do those things in those boards. If they aren't restricted powers, I'll leave this to staff xD

Benal Guide.

We are having two similar named groups, one is Benal Guide with just normal members rights and the other is Benal Guide. (with a full stop at the end) which is the one in question which has enhanced rights.
