My friend is trying to join the support forum, and she gets the incorrect code {Unsure} She uses the browser AOL.

it gives her six so she is entering six then.

EDIT: She said she types them in as they are.

EDIT 2: She said it happened before, she tried to join my Final Fantasy Nation, and I had to create the account for her.
