The mods have the ability to post with their 'Super user' accounts, which will mean on forums when posting as guests it looks more official.

It's for VFS Staff only, it's a global thing.

No other profile can do it except the 4 that Ross has created for the staff here. So you can't do it... no

So its only for support, you cant do it on any other forum?

We can post with these accounts on other forums. But what Wrighty is saying is that we (vForums Support Staff) are the only ones who can do it.
