Ok this has been reported to me and it happened on multiple of your boards...It keeps saying that the registry code is incorrect..i'm not sure if thats whats its called but that one code you have to put in when you sign up to the site...here is some of the sites that i have gotten the report from...keep in mid that its the same person getting this error:

ok those are the only two i guess..i though thet there where more, but the other haven't been tested..sorry i like have 8...i really like this setup so i'm switching mine from proboards to this.

Can you ask whoever was having the problem to try again?
What sort of problems are they having - are there error messages etc?
it not giving an error message, but every time she tried to register she puts in the Confirmation Code and it tells her it was wrong. She tried it several times...i think she said 7 and it kept doing the same thing. see also had the problem with my FMA site and my Naruto site..., but i got to thinking, it might be her browser..i think she uses IE..
Which version of IE?

Also, ask her how many characters she is entering into the confirmation code box as it should always be 6 characters and she could just be missing one off.
