I can't seem to demod someone.

That thread - the account wtest is no longer staff yet can still reply to the locked topic... {Unsure}

Both in FF & Opera...

the account WAS staff, but isn't anymore, but it's still 'acting' like staff.

also still shows as staff in the 'online in last 24 hours' section of IC

That's part of the caching system that still needs some work. If you try modifying their profile again it should clear their saved settings.
