As for the skin, it's set to only be accessible to staff (because of a code I've been testing on it). And because I needed to shut just this forum down for a few minutes I had to set your group as non-staff. I've changed your group permissions back if you want to change your skin back now.

But, why not make Maintenance Mode group-specific? So rather than just letting those not marked as "staff" view the forum; make it so the main admin can choose which groups can access the forum in MM?![]()

They can choose based on which groups they mark as staffThe only reason I couldn't have anyone on the forum at all (including staff) was because I had to move the support tables to their own database because they were getting a little too big to share with other forums. In normal circumstances, having staff online would be fine.
