Once a user has been deleted, you can't reregister with that username.

Don't you think you should be able ot?

I believe that it's meant to be like that; after all, if staff deletes a user's account, and they re-register, all the posts & everything of the deleted user would then be connected with the user who just registered.

This is intended. It prevents future issues of posts being associated with the wrong user. I may even add an option in at some point to restore an account you've deleted.
