Problem: Ranks


Is there a limit on ranks? because everytime I add a new rank, the number of ranks I have decreases. I don't know why. I keep adding ranks and the ranks either shows or doesn't but another one of my ranks sometimes disappear

Hi Jessica,

There isn't any limit, however, this does seem to be a bug. I have moved it to the appropriate board for Ross to look at.

Hi,

I took a look at your forum and was able to duplicate an error with the ranks. Don't worry about the 4 entries in your security log which mention you having updated the member ranks - that was just me.

I'll take a closer look at it when I'm in the office tomorrow. Shouldn't take much to find and fix the issue {Smile}
