If the mini-profile is set to be on top, in the main profile page its tabled, and the global var is set to 1, instead of 2. Also, if possible the View profile table is the only table with cellpadding="4" while other are 3, it might be helpful to keep all table with the same padding perhaps ?

It's actually supposed to use the standard mini-profile layout for the view profile page if the above mini-profile view is used. For now at least.

As for the cellpadding, that's been changed.
